Around the middle of December in 2004, during the judiciary examinations in Paris, France, one Chinese candidate stood out among a myriad of contestants and passed with flying colours.
After the exams he told a friend of mine happily: One of the test questions referred to Falun Gong. His answers for this question greatly pleased the examining professor. It was a French sociology professor who posed him the question. The professor is very familiar with China and deeply proud of knowing the country. He can also speak Chinese.
The sociology professor asked: “Do you know what Falun Gong is?”
The Chinese student attending the judiciary examinations answered: “Falun Gong is a kind of spiritual belief. It’s an exercise that benefits both people’s mind and body. Only in China, the Chinese government regards it as cult. Incredibly even in France news reports mention it each time as a cult as well. But according to what I’ve learned from the behaviour of various activities of the people that I know, there is no evidence whatsoever to support the claim that it is a cult or a religion. I don’t understand why that is so.”
After he had satisfactorily answered all the questions from the examining professor, he was highly praised by all the professors, examiners, and auditors that were present. In ardent applause people offered him their congratulations one after another. Those present included high-ranking officers and celebrities in French judiciary circles.
Judges represent verdicts of justice on earth, telling right from wrong, true from false, without being misled by what is going on in society. They are magistrates from the standpoint of fairness, righteousness, consciousness, and morals in this world.
In order for kind people to learn the truth about Falun Gong, Falun Gong practitioners have put in a great deal of effort. They often distribute Falun Gong materials containing factual information about Falun Gong as a practise and also facts regarding the persecution to those they do and don’t know alike. It was at his friend’s place where this Chinese candidate for the judiciary examinations saw some materials containing the true facts about Falun Gong and a friend of his is a friend of a Falun Gong practitioner.
This is just one example from many illustrating that the truth about Falun Gong is being deeply rooted in people’s hearts across the world.
