Take Advantage of Every Single Opportunity to Reveal the Facts of the Persecution

The path for Falun Dafa practitioners is to follow our Master and completely deny the arrangements of the old forces, and to do our best with regards to the three things that Master asks of us. This form of cultivation that we practise has created the most convenient way for us to "clarify the truth" and save sentient beings. Clarifying the truth about Falun Dafa and the persecution to the worlds people is the master key, unlocking layers upon layers of shackles in the hearts of sentient beings formed by lies.

I would like to share with fellow practitioners some of my experiences in clarifying the truth.

We should grasp every opportunity to clarify the truth. We should not wait or depend on others. We should seize every minute and every second. I have a family business and come into contact with many people every day. I treat everyone that I meet as a person to clarify the truth to. However, sometimes interference of external factors affected the results of my clarifying the truth.

Customer A has been our customer for a long time. He came to my store several times, but I always felt that it was not a good time to tell him the facts about Falun Gong. One day, he came again. I thought I should not miss these opportunities anymore. When I tried to find a topic to talk to him about, some customers came and distracted us. I thought I would tell him next time. Before he left, I said to him, "Come back again." But he said, "I am going abroad tomorrow. I will see you in a few years." When I looked at his back as he left, I had such a feeling of loss. Of course, he would probably be able to understand the truth about Falun Dafa through other means, but if every practitioner thought this way, how many people with predestined relationships would lose their opportunities to be saved? So we must let go of our human attachments and grasp every opportunity to save more sentient beings. Any attachment that stops us from clarifying the truth is a selfish attachment to protect ourselves without letting go of our selves.

We should not be discouraged if someone does not accept the facts we tell him, neither should we lose confidence in our efforts. When someone learns the truth from us, even if he probably could not accept it at first, he would look for other opportunities to find out more. When he truly understood the truth, he would tell others. Those who truly understand us will care about us and support us. Such righteous forces will irresistibly spread from one person to another and reach people's hearts.

Customer B was a college student. When he came to my store for the first time, I told him that I practised Falun Gong. He was shocked. He asked me cautiously, "Aren't you afraid that I will report you to the police and have you arrested?" After listening to me, he left with scepticism. When he came to my store the second time, he first asked me, "Are you still practising Falun Gong?" I said, "Yes." He then told me that he had learnt the truth of the staged "Tiananmen self-immolation incident" ¹ from the Internet. The third time he came to my store, he asked me again, "Are you still practising Falun Gong?" I said, "Yes." He then told me, "I have talked to my dad about Falun Gong. He said he had been to your store and that you told him about it. My dad wanted me to tell you to be more careful. His friend was arrested for practising Falun Gong."

We should look inward if we do not achieve good results in clarifying the truth, we also need to continually study the teachings taught in Falun Gong and send forth righteous thoughts more often. It is especially effective if we send forth righteous thoughts before clarifying the truth. The more we clarify the truth, the more opportunities will come. The more effort we put into revealing the facts of the persecution, the easier it is for us to get onto the topic of clarifying the truth. The more we clarify the truth, the more powerful our words become. Every practitioner tends to slack off to some degree, and sometimes it is even hard for us to notice it. Our merciful Master is concerned for each of his practitioners.

We should not discriminate against any social class. We should clarify the truth to a person no matter who he is, what job he does, and whether he is rich or poor.

Customer C was a woman in her fifties from a rural area. Her husband had died and her son was mentally disabled. Every time she came to my store, I tried my best to take care of her and help her. One day I told her about how Dafa was persecuted. She was very glad to learn the truth. She said, "Practising Falun Gong is good, but I am illiterate. I would like to listen to the tapes, but I don't have a tape player." It is not easy for people to have a chance to practise Falun Dafa. As Falun Dafa practitioners, we should seize the precious and limited time to help those precious people learn the beauty of Falun Dafa.

My mother is a farmer in her eighties. She has had poor health all of her life. She couldn't hear well after reaching old age. She was completely illiterate. It took her more than a month just to remember the few Chinese characters "Zhen, Shan, Ren (Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance)" and "Falun Dafa is great." However, she recited these words again and again every day with her hands conjoined. After reciting it for a few months, she no longer needed to take the medication that she had expected to take for the rest of her life.

Fellow practitioners, let's put our efforts together, seize these great opportunities today, and clarify truth to people more comprehensively. We should not be unworthy of Master's merciful and arduous salvation of us.
