A Police Officer Shoots a Practitioner after Beating Him

On the night of September 18, 2001, the local police removed practitioner Huang Xiaojie from his home at Hubaotu Village, Zhizushan Township of Fuxin City, Liaoning Province and detained him. After he escaped from the police station, he had to live in exile to avoid further persecution. Liu Wanquan and Liu Suoguo, directors of the police station, dispatched police forces to search and look for him.
