Spain: Revealing the Fact of the Persecution Over the Phone

In countries outside China people go to work as usual during the Chinese New Year, the Spring Festival. After coming home from work at 10pm on Chinese New Year’s Eve I ate some instant noodles and started to study the Fa and practise the exercises (Fa - law or principle, the teachings in Falun Gong). It was already half two in the morning when I finished doing the 5th exercise.

I sat next to the phone and dialled my first number of the new year. The other side of the phone was a Chinese policeman.

I said: “Hi, Hello! I’m calling from outside China. First of all I wish you happy New Year!”
Policeman: “OK, OK, happy to you too! Who are you?”

I said: “I’m Chinese, but I’ve lived overseas for almost ten years now. I miss my motherland very much. Can we have a chat?”
Policeman: “Why not? I’m on duty today.”

Therefore, I started by talking about the spread of Falun Dafa overseas and then to Jiang being sued in many countries all over the world for persecuting Falun Gong. It was dead silent on the other side of the phone.

I asked: “Are you still listening?”
Policeman: “Please carry on, I’m listening all along.”

When I talked about the many faults and blunders in the “Self-Immolation Incident in Tiananmen Square” broadcast by China Central TV (CCTV), this policeman said: “In the past I was always suspicious of this but didn’t think anymore of it. Now looking back, there are many mistakes.” Following that the policeman mentioned some more doubtful queries, like “the 1400 case” and the so-called “Besieging of Zhongnanhai Incident” etc. I answered them one by one. I also told him of the enormous physical and spiritual benefits I gained from practising Falun Gong.

He gave me his email address and expressed his wish to receive more truth material from me. I also gave him the address for Dongtai website.

Finally I said to him: “In the new year, please treat Falun Dafa practitioners with kindness!”
The policeman said, “OK don’t worry. I will.”
I said: “Thank you.”
The policeman said: “I should be the one who’s grateful, since you have told me so much. Take care of yourself. Happy Spring Festival!”

This was the first time I heard a policeman from Mainland China wishing a Falun Gong practitioner well. I was very moved by his compassionate thoughts after finding out about the truth regarding Falun Gong and the persecution.

The next phone call was picked up by the family of a labour camp’s prison officer . When I told the person at the other end that “Falun Gong teaches people to be better people, the persecution is wrong and sinful and the ban will certainly be lifted in future”, she said: “The people who practise Falun Gong whom I have see are all very good. I just wonder why good people get locked up.” This relative promised to tell the truth to her family and also that “persecuting good people is a thing which we must never do!”

When a policeman from a police station picked up the phone, he said: “I think that Falun Gong’s issue is an issue of freedom of belief. You can believe it and you can disbelieve it. Nevertheless you must respect other people’s beliefs.” He revealed that he had been doing things also according to this principle over the last few years. For well-known reasons, he didn’t dare to openly condemn the persecution yet, but personally he didn’t get involved in the persecution of Falun Gong. He said that he would tell the truth to his relatives and friends.

There were also some people who were poisoned quite severely by the regimes lies and propaganda, but now there are less and less people like this. Upon picking up the phone call and realising that it was about Falun Gong, a prison officer from a labour camp lost his temper and started to shout various abuse at me. I sent righteous thoughts to eliminate the evil factors in other dimensions while clarifying the truth to him and telling him about the principle that good and evil will all be rewarded. Gradually his voice lowered, until he was completely silent in the end. Finally he said: “Thank you!”

Phone calls are being dialled to China one after another, destroying deceived sentient-beings’ lies one after another…

Unaware of the passing time I realised that it was already time to send forth righteous thoughts in the morning. I put down the phone. I felt gratified and happy towards the sentient beings who have awakened or are waking up, meanwhile I felt even more strongly the great responsibilities I have as a Falun Dafa practitioner during this period of time.
