Practitioners in Ukraine recently staged a painting exhibition entitled the Journey of Compassion in Konstantinoyka City. Through watching the painting exhibition, many people felt angry after finding out about the cruel torture against Falun Gong practitioners initiated by the Chinese Communist Party. People signed their names on the petition form to support Falun Gong practitioners. A visitor wrote the following comments in the guest book:
“I really enjoyed this painting exhibition, in a place full of peace and compassion. The beautiful music and the kind voice of the guide made me want to remain here. I did not want to leave. Even I would like to learn about Falun Dafa, which can elevate a practitioner’s moral and spiritual character. I am so interested in all of this. However, I am also angry that such a wonderful method of cultivation has been persecuted so severely in China. Moreover, I wish so much that I could practise these elegant exercises together with these people. In a word, I have been impressed deeply by this painting exhibition. I really appreciate this wonderful opportunity.”
Lots of children and their parents were attracted to the various activities. The Petals for Peace programme taught the children to make paper lotus flowers. Finally, some visitors organised themselves on the street outside the exhibition and wished to learn the practice of Falun Gong. They were unwilling to leave until practitioners taught them how to practice the five sets exercises.
