A Partial List of Parties Responsible for the Death of Practitioner Hu Youliang

Hu Youliang, male, was more than forty years old. Hu was forced to leave home in November 2000, and he was arrested in Zhaoyang City, Hunan Province in December 2001. In jail, Hu was inhumanly tortured. In order to oppose the evil persecution, he went on hunger strike for more than 20 days. On January 23, 2002, Hu died as a result of the persecution.
