I read from the newspaper, that the Prime Minister was coming to inaugurate a swimming pool in the city of Oulu. I was thinking of how I could deliver to the Prime Minister some information about the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. Because I had little time, I was almost about to leave the whole matter to another time. On the morning of the inauguration, I took some materials for the Prime Minister with me when I went to my computer course. I didn’t know the beginning time of the ceremony, but I decided to go after my course. When I arrived there I heard the Prime Minister giving a speech so I waited for him. After the official part, the honoured visitors were shown the rooms of the swimming pool. I was in the entrance hall, when I saw visitors coming straight towards me. Close to me there was a staircase, towards which they were coming. In this way I was given this opportunity, right in front of me, to tell the Prime Minister about the persecution and give him the material I had with me. Smiling friendly, the Prime Minister shook hands with me and thanked me. The situation was very peaceful and open.
