Many years ago, my wife was hospitalized. I visited her three times from Monday to Friday in the morning, afternoon and night. I almost spent the whole day there during the weekends to be with her.
The hectic routine of running from work to the hospital, from the hospital to home caused me to develop insomnia. I discovered that I could not sleep one night. My mind was very active. I visited a doctor the next day and was given some sleeping pills.
But the sleeping pills could not solve my problem. I was referred to a psychiatrist, but that did not help either. Over the years, I have tried many ways and means to cure my insomnia. I visited many famous Chinese physicians, went for exercises, consumed many kinds of health food, practiced yoga, bought exercise machines, used essential oils and many others.
When I was about to give up hope of searching for remedies, my brother came to me and suggested that I practice the five sets of Falun Gong exercises. I heeded his advice and began going to a Falun Gong practice site near my home.
The practitioner in-charge was very helpful and patient. She taught me thoroughly. What amazed me was that I did not have to pay a penny to learn it. Several days passed, and my sleeping problem improved tremendously. After several weeks, I finally got over the insomnia which had been troubling me for so many years.
I want to take this opportunity to tell people around the world that Falun Dafa is Good!
