Thailand: Introducing Falun Dafa at Events Sponsored by the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)

From November 25th to December 10th, 2005, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in Thailand held events to promote the safeguarding of women, children and human rights. In order to clarify the truth and introduce Falun Dafa to UNHCR officials and refugees from many countries, Falun Gong practitioners in Thailand held a number of activities such as an exercise demonstration, a waist drum performance, and dancing. They also handed out paper lotus flower bookmarks.

As a result of the practitioners' activities, many non-Chinese people learned to say, "Falun Dafa is good" and "Truth, Compassion, Tolerance" in Chinese. These programs caught the attention of many Thai people and helped them learn about Falun Dafa and the situation in China.
