Ms. Xiaoyan (first name) was born into a policeman's family and now is a straight-A college student in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. She quit all organisations affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) after learning the truth of Falun Dafa and the evil nature of the CCP, and even persuaded several of her schoolmates to quit as well. Her righteous action has brought her good rewards. Her weak physical condition has greatly improved, and she has become more sincere and tolerant.

Due to being poisoned by the CCP's propaganda for such a long time, many college students think that joining the CCP is a sign of advancement, which will bring benefits in finding a job after graduation. Some of the college students tirelessly compete to join the CCP.

The College CCP Committee had three talks with Ms. Xiaoyan recently because of her outstanding performance in school. The Committee was eagerly trying to recruit her to join the CCP. She politely but firmly refused. The political assistant in charge of her class went ahead and submitted her name to the upper level behind her back anyway and got college-level approval. This assistant spent more than half an hour talking with Ms. Xiaoyan, hoping that she could change her mind. She even begged Ms. Xiaoyan to help her out and save her from the embarrassment of having submitted her name without her approval, even getting it approved at the college level.

Ms. Xiaoyan smiled and said, "Thanks for your effort, but people have to follow their own hearts. Please tell the upper authorities that I do not believe in Communism and would absolutely not consider joining the CCP." The assistant said finally, "No one would want to join the CCP if it was not ruling the country! We will abide by your wish, then."
