On March 31st 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held an activity in Chrudim, Czech Republic to expose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in Chinese labour camps. An insider disclosed that thousands of Falun Gong practitioners are imprisoned in labour camps across China and no one has come out alive. Body organs-including liver, kidney, cornea and others-are removed from living practitioners and their remains are cremated to destroy the evidence. There are at least 36 such concentration camps in China and similar crimes are committed rampantly in prisons, labour camps, hospitals and related facilities.
The practitioners who went to Chrudim set up a stall together with a photo display to expose the Chinese Communist Party's crimes to local people. The Vice Mayor of the city received detailed information about the crimes of harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs for profit whilst they are still alive. Some practitioners distributed leaflets whilst others demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises.
Many people asked questions and wished to find out more about Falun Gong and the persecution in China. A reporter from the local newspaper decided to conduct an interview with one of the practitioners and said he would write an article about Falun Gong.
People signed the petition to express their support for the perscuted practitioners and looked at the poster display to find out more. |
