In April, a time when Sakura flowers blossom, Japanese people like to sing and dance under the Sakura trees to express their love of life. Osaka City Park is one of the best places to view the flowers and it is also the major place where Osaka Falun Gong practitioners clarify truth, promote Falun Dafa, and expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong.

| Peaceful exercise demonstration attracts many tourists. | ||
On April 8th-9th, 2006, nearly one million people flooded Osaka City Park to view the Sakura flowers. Practitioners performed "Heavenly Maiden Dance" and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. The tourists warmly welcomed their performance. One visitor said that he had previously received a Falun Gong flyer and thought it was only a persecuted group. He was surprised to see that Falun Gong is so glorious and serene. Some visitors also imitated the practitioners' movements. The visitors said they felt very comfortable.
Some visitors were shocked when they received flyers exposing the Chinese Communist Party harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners in concentration camps. They couldn't believe how the CCP could do this to a group of kind and honest people. Some expressed their sympathy and others encouraged the practitioners to continue the truth-clarification efforts.
