According to reliable sources, in order to control and block overseas TV rebroadcasts to Mainland China such as from the Bengang and Feicui TV Stations in Hong Kong, Chinese authorities required TV stations in Mainland China, Guangdong Province for instance, to be outfit with scrambling systems. All TV programs are stored in the "buffering" system for 12 seconds, meaning that the TV programs we see in Mainland China are delayed by 12 seconds. This way, the ruling dictator's minions have time to cut out any programs deemed inappropriate to their purposes. The Chinese authorities accuse others of using "mind control" yet they can deceive and fool Chinese citizens. They do nothing to improve the difficult lives of tens of millions of unemployed workers, yet they spend huge amounts of money buying equipment to control people's minds.
Ministry of Public Security: Anyone Possessing Even One Falun Dafa Flyer Will Be Arrested
A family member of a Falun Dafa practitioner, who works in the Ministry of Public Security, said that on February 9, 2002, the Ministry of Public Security gave a secret order which stated that Jiang has become angry and wants to further persecute Falun Gong. They will monitor Falun Dafa practitioners strictly, and if even one flyer is found at a practitioner's home, he is to be sent directly to prison. The "610 Office" does not dare to leave evidence of this order, so they have just conveyed the information verbally. [A "610 Office" is an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party and all other political and judiciary systems].
The Police from Erdaojiang Police Station arrested Falun Dafa practitioner Pei Yongmei on February 8, 2002, after breaking into her home and confiscating truth clarifying literature and CDs.
