At 11 p.m. on February 7, 2002, some lawless policemen from Ningjiang District kidnapped Dafa practitioner Mrs. Liu Guiling and her husband, ransacked their home and took away some Dafa materials. The Liu Guiling couple is now imprisoned at Ningjiang District's Detention Centre. Their 8-year-old son was left alone at home.
On February 8, 2002, policemen suddenly broke into practitioner Du's home in Sanchahe Town, Fuyu County. They forcibly confiscated over 300 Dafa truth-clarifying banners, several boxes of truth-clarifying tapes and a lot of Dafa materials. […]
On the evening of February 9, 2002, under orders from higher authorities, all the policemen in Fuyu County simultaneously conducted a large-scale raid. Several Dafa practitioners were kidnapped and detained. These lawless policemen even took this chance to extort money from practitioners. The means they adopted were very despicable. The names of the arrested practitioners are not yet known. This incident is under investigation.
Around 7:00 p.m. on February 11, 2002, ruffian Sun Jifeng kidnapped a practitioner in Xinzhan Town of Fuyu County while he (or she) was doing some Dafa truth-clarifying work.
In October 2001, a train conductor spotted practitioners Zhang Jun, Wang Yi and Yang Weihua reading Teacher Li’s articles. They were arrested afterwards. At present, they are still being illegally detained and persecuted at Fuyu County's Detention Centre. During the extremely cold winter days, practitioner Zhang Jun and Wang Yi are still wearing thin clothes while suffering these inhumane tortures. They had staged a hunger strike to protest the abuse and were both tortured with excruciating methods. They have become very gaunt.
The vicious guards always tortured practitioners Yang Weihua and Zhu Liancai. They often took them to every cell, beat, tortured and humiliated them. They even ordered the common prisoners to torture the practitioners secretly.
The enforcers at the detention centre often tortured practitioner Yang Yajie with excruciating means, such as the "Tiger Bench" and force-feeding. Their means were extremely cruel and the practitioner's oesophagus and stomach were damaged to different degrees. As the result, the practitioner had difficulties eating and also suffered from bloody urine.
