On April the 23rd, the 2006 Benelux Falun Gong Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference was held in Middleburg, the centre between Holland and Belgium. This is the Benelux Falun Gong practitioners’ second experience sharing conference. The first was held in 2003.
Dutch practitioner Jitse shared the experience of eliminating the attachments of competitiveness and envy in daily life. Another Dutch practitioner shared their experience of working on the lawsuit against former Chinese Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin in Holland, analyzed the experiences and drawbacks and hoped to help the Dutch practitioners better understand the importance of this issue. A female Dutch practitioner from former Yugoslavia shared the importance of keeping righteous thoughts while doing work to stop the persecution.
One Belgium family has four family members who all cultivate Falun Gong. Three years ago, the first Benelux experience sharing conference brought about big changes in the family’s cultivation. In this year’s conference, the father, mother and daughter shared their touching experiences about how they started cultivation and how to step by step take part in telling the truth about the persecution, saving sentient beings and becoming true Falun Gong practitioners.
A Chinese practitioner from Belgium shared the experiences of reciting the Fa, taking part in the choir “Coming for you” in Europe and the understanding of maintaining the whole cultivation environment.
Furthermore, the practitioner who’s responsible for telling the truth to the government told his experiences of holding Nine commentaries on the Communist Party seminar in the European Parliament, and talked about his understandings of telling the truth to the government and high ranking officials. Some new practitioners also shared their process of beginning cultivation.
Around 5:30 pm, the experience sharing conference finished successfully. Afterwards, some members in the Europe “Coming for you” choir specially sang two songs “Coming for you” and “Cultivation” for the participants.
The practitioners who attended the conference all said that they’d learned a lot and believed this conference would help all Benelux practitioners to improve, as well as provide a great boost for the cultivation environment.
