Author of Canadian Independent Investigation Report Visits Germany to Help Expose the CCP's Organ Harvesting

On July 14th and 15th 2006, David Kilgour, former Secretary of State (Asia-Pacific) for Canada, met with German politicians in Berlin. On Friday July14th, Mr. Kilgour had long conversations with Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Gerberlich and the new Human Rights Commissioner Mr. Nook. Mr. Kilgour and Canadian human rights lawyer David Matas recently released a report confirming that the CCP is harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners to sell for profit. Mr. Kilgour shared the findings of his investigation with the German ministers.

Mr. Kilgour and renowned Canadian human rights lawyer David Mantas spent two months completing their investigations. They released a report of their findings and conclusions on July 6th. The news has been widely covered by media in many countries.

On the next day, two Falun Gong practitioners who had been imprisoned in Beijing Women’s Prison shared their experiences of almost becoming victims of the CCP’s organ harvesting. At a large gathering hosted by Falun Gong practitioners in Berlin's city centre, Xiong Wei and Liu Wei recalled the situation when the prison hired doctors to do full physical examinations of all Falun Gong practitioners. When they heard the news of mass organ harvesting, they realised the real reason for the physical examinations was to check the quality and to gather data for organ matching.
