Dalian Forced Labour Camp's Quota of Death

Some time ago, a group of "reformed" practitioners who had given up the practice under coercion were transferred to Dalian Forced Labour Camp from Fushun Forced Labour Camp in Liaoning Province. Their task was to assist in the brainwashing of practitioners. They told officers and guards in the camp that the secret of success in brainwashing is to "beat them."

Recently, many practitioners have died from mistreatment in the Dalian Forced Labour Camp. At the beginning, guards were afraid that too many practitioners were beaten to death by them, so they asked their higher authorities who proceeded to establish a death quota for them. Since then, news about practitioners being beaten to death has come more frequently.
