The practitioners displayed a banner which read, "Strong Protest against the Atrocities in Chinese Labour Camps of Harvesting Practitioners' Organs for Profit and then Cremating the Remains to Destroy Evidence," and set up a display to present photographic evidence of the brutal persecution. The protest started in the morning and continued until evening.
Shortly after the practitioners unfurled the banner, a male staff member walked out of the consulate and talked with the policemen on duty, trying to pressure the policemen to relocate the practitioners to another site. The police officers then came over to talk with the practitioners. After listening to the practitioners' truth clarification about how the Chinese Communist regime persecutes Falun Gong and its atrocities of harvesting organs from living practitioners, as well as the response from the international community to the persecution, they dismissed the pressure from the consulate and the activity continued smoothly. The practitioners were very pleased to see the policemen's just and moral choice.
