From July 24th to 26th, the World Transplant Congress was held in Boston. The report said that Falun Gong practitioners held a rally to protest organ harvesting in China because nearly 100 Chinese transplant doctors and researchers attended this academic conference. The practitioners unfurled banners and distributed pamphlets, hoping that the WTC and international medical community will pay close attention to this issue.
Reportedly, on July 25th, former Canadian secretary of state for Asia-Pacific Mr. David Kilgour and international human rights lawyer Mr. David Matas was to introduce to the WTC an investigation report entitled "Report into Organ Harvesting of Falun Gong Practitioners in China."
