Germany: Residents of Schwandorf Shocked upon Hearing about Organ Harvesting

Schwandorf, translated literally, means Swan village. At the Swan village’s millennium celebration activity this year, people learnt about Falun Dafa and were surprised to hear that kind Falun Gong practitioners have suffered brutal persecution in China for over seven years, moreover, the wicked CCP even steals and sells Falun Gong practitioners’ organs for profit after killing them. Having heard this appalling fact, many citizens said, "We can not turn a blind eye to this. Such evil crimes can not continue". Having read the display boards, people took their own initiative to sign the petition in protest against the CCP’s brutal and inhuman persecution of Falun Gong.

A gentleman arrived at Falun Gong’s booth early and signed the petition without hesitation. After he signed the petition, he told practitioner that he is an MP of the Green Party; he decided to support Falun Gong’s campaign against persecution after receiving practitioners’ invitation and knowing the confirmed news about the CCP’s organ harvesting.

A lady had signed three different petition forms and asked her friend also to give her signature. At the beginning, her friend was reluctant to sign the petitions, thereupon the lady said, "If all of us are callous to such an evil persecution, then the situation in China can not be changed". Having been encouraged by the lady, her friend also signed the three petitions.

Another gentleman was very much shocked after reading the display boards and listening to practitioners’ detailed explanation of the persecution in China. He wanted to donate some money to help Falun Gong’s anti-persecution campaign. Practitioners politely refused the donation and recommended to him another way to help the campaign, he accepted with pleasure.

Some people asked for Chinese material for their Chinese friends. A middle-aged gentleman said that in a few days time some Chinese officials would visit him; he will ask those officials if they know about the matter of organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners and he will let them read this material about the issue. He also chatted with practitioners about many China-related issues. Although there are some differences on some issues in terms of the angle from which the problems are looked at, he still expressed support for the ways of practitioners’ exposure of the truth and encouraged practitioners to continue.

During the activity, practitioners also run into some Chinese people from mainland China. They expressed their admiration for Falun Gong. They felt that Falun Gong is extraordinary indeed; Falun Gong can attract the international society’s attention in such a short time. They were happy to take pictures with Falun Gong practitioners.

Besides telling people about the persecution, in order to harmonise with the atmosphere of the millennium celebration, Falun Gong practitioners also carefully prepared Chinese traditional dancing and a Falun Gong exercise demonstration, people were very much pleased to watch. Especially, the 5th Falun Gong exercise made many boisterous children quiet and they stayed a long time to watch. A child’s father said that, “It’s very strange, now the child is so quiet, it looks as if our family should buy some meditation music and let the child to listen to it.” Many children asked the adults, “Are they real?”, meaning that the practitioners sitting in meditation looked like a statue. A child touched a practitioner sitting in meditation, the practitioner opened her eyes, the child joyfully shouted, "Ah, it’s real, so beautiful".

There were many people watching the demonstration of Falun Gong exercises, sometime practitioners were to busy to tell the truth one to one, thereupon they spoke loudly to a groups of people to introduce what the Falun Gong is. Having known such a peaceful exercise being banned in China and practitioners being persecuted, being killed, their organs even being harvested for profit, they all felt very sad and wanted to know why this is happening. When practitioners explained the principle of Falun Gong is based on “True, Good, and Endure”, while the wicked CCP maintains it power relying on lies and violence, every body understood the reasons for this persecution.

Falun Gong in the millennium celebration activity also attracted the local media attention. A local newspaper published photos of the demonstration of Falun Gong exercises. A practitioner was interviewed by a local radio broadcasting station and exposed the facts of the CCP’s organ harvesting from living persons.
