In advance of Japan's new Prime Minister Shinzo Abe's visit to China on August 8th, Falun Gong practitioners in Japan went to parliament to appeal. The practitioners held banners that read, "Stop the CCP’s killing of Falun Gong practitioners". Tsuruzono Masaaki, Director of the Falun Dafa Association of Japan, went to the Prime Minister’s Office to deliver a petition letter. In the letter, the practitioners urged Prime Minister Shinzo Abe to pay attention to the CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong and request the CCP to stop the persecution, immediately cease organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners, release all Falun Gong practitioners unlawfully imprisoned and immediately release attorney Gao Zhisheng, who is unlawfully detained.
The Officer in charge of appeals at the Department of General Affairs in the Prime Minister’s Office met Tsuruzono Masaaki and accepted the petition letter.
