Finland is chairing the EU for six months this year and the human rights dialogue between the EU and China will take place in Beijing soon. On October 14th, 2006, practitioners in Finland gathered again at Helsinki train station in order to expose the truth about the cruel persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist regime, especially the atrocity of illegal organ harvesting from living practitioners.

Falun Gong practitioners have carried out similar activities several times Passing people were angry at the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist regime, so they gave their signatures one after another
Passing people were angry at the atrocities committed by the Chinese Communist regime, so they gave their signatures one after another After reading the information about Falun gong, this elderly lady said to a practitioner, “Don't keep mum. We support all of you.”
Many large photos about the deadly torture of Falun Gong practitioners attracted people to find out the truth. Some took leaflets and urgently read them right away. Some read the exhibition boards placed on the ground. Some went to the petition desk directly to give their signatures to supporting the campaign to stop the persecution. Some of them were young people, some of them were teenagers, and some of them were elderly people.

An elderly lady earnestly read the leaflets and exhibition boards and said to practitioners, “You couldn't keep mum. You need to resist. You have my support.” Then, she went to give her signature.

I asked a practitioner, Mrs. Chen, “Why do you come here?” She said, “Before the dialogue for human rights between the EU and China, I'd like to tell people and the Finnish government that what Chinese government claimed is the best period of human rights is a lie. I am here to prove it is a lie.

For a long time, the persecution of Falun Gong has existed not only in mainland China but abroad. My husband has doctoral degree and work as a researcher at a research institute in Helsinki. Recently we sent our passports to the Chinese Embassy for extension; however, they illegally confiscated our passports, so that we become stateless person without identities.

The staff of the Chinese Embassy asked us to guarantee that we will not take part in protest campaigns any more. We said when the government stops the persecution there will be no need to protest. They were speechless, but stripped us of our rights to be Chinese citizens. Our parents are jobless in China right now, and their health is not good. We could not carry out our respects to our parents due to the persecution.
Chinese special agents not only murdered and persecuted Chinese Falun Gong practitioners, but persecuted western practitioners. Recently they have harassed some western Finnish practitioners by means of phone harassment, seriously affecting their normal lives. Facing the persecution carried out by Chinese Communist regime, why can't we as victims protest?
