Minato Mirai is a famous cultural and commercial area in Yokohama, Japan. When holidays come, there is always a steady flow of people sightseeing and shopping. On October 28th-29th, 2006, Falun Gong practitioners held a truth clarification activity in the square near Sakuragicho Station in Minato Mirai.
They informed the Japanese people of a horrifying incident happening in China right now—the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners for profit.

Practitioners held banners reading, "Falun Dafa is Good," "Urgent Appeal for Investigation into Organ Harvesting from Living Falun Gong Practitioners." They also displayed photos exposing the horrible persecution of Falun Gong in China.
Many people saw the banners and truth clarification display boards, and also asked practitioners for detailed information. Some people signed the petition to oppose the persecution, some people wanted to donate money in support. Some women shed tears of sympathy while listening to practitioner’s explanations. Practitioners politely declined the donation, but sincerely expressed their hope that they can tell the truth to more kind-hearted people, so that we can work concertedly to bring an end to this inhuman persecution.
