Japanese Falun Gong practitioners went to the Singapore Embassy in Japan on the morning of December 1st, 2006, to protest to the Singapore court for ignoring facts and making an unfair verdict against two Falun Gong practitioners who peacefully protested in front of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore in July. The two practitioners were imprisoned. Japanese practitioners strongly urge the Singapore government to immediately and unconditionally release them.
Falun Gong practitioners explained to the Japanese police about the unfair trial and asked to protest in front of officials from the Singapore Embassy. The police contacted the embassy and then told the practitioners that embassy staff, without giving any reason, refused to meet with them.

The protest started at 10:00 a.m. Practitioners unfurled banners to express their protest in front of the Singapore Embassy.
A representative of the Japanese Falun Dafa Association said, "We want to strongly protest what the Singapore authorities have done, and we demand the immediate release of the two unreasonably imprisoned Falun Gong practitioners. The Singapore authorities have paid no attention to the massive wave of people quitting the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated associations, which has come about because people around the world are reading the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and can see clearly the CCP's wicked nature. The authorities are ignoring the CCP's crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners, choosing instead to follow the CCP and assist it in doing evil deeds. What they have done is also contrary to the will of Singapore's citizens. So long as the Singapore authorities do not release the two innocent Falun Gong practitioners, we will continue our protest."
