Falun Gong practitioners in Tokyo and Aichi Province in Japan participated in the two-day Suigen Cherry Blossom Festival from March 31st to April 1st, 2007 in Toyota, Aichi Province. The practitioners used dance and an exercise demonstration to present the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa and practitioners’ good demeanour to the Japanese people.

This is the third time that Falun Gong practitioners have participated in this activity. Practitioners displayed banners, information boards and practised the exercises on the lawn. They also demonstrated the exercises on the stage, and performed dances, including the “Fan Dance,” “Waking from a Dream” and “Flower Fairies” dances. They sang songs such as “Greeting Spring” and “Coming for You.” The peaceful exercises and exquisite performances attracted many visitors.

Toyota City is well-known for its automobile company. Many foreigners who work at the Toyota Automobile Company live there. At the Suigen Cherry Blossom Festival, other than local citizens, practitioners also met many foreigners, including people from the United States, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia, as well as other countries. There were also overseas Chinese students, employees, and Taiwanese people who live in Toyota. Practitioners enthusiastically greeted them and “clarified the facts” about Falun Gong to them. They also told the Chinese people about the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and that the number of Chinese people in China and abroad who have quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organisations has exceeded 20 million.

Many people with predestined relationships have learned the facts about Falun Gong at the Cherry Blossom Festival.
