At noon on April 13th, 2007, Falun Gong practitioners held activities at the Russian Embassy to Belgium to protest against the Russian government’s illegal deportation of Falun Gong practitioner Ma Hui and her daughter, which aided the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in its persecution of Falun Gong. A representative of the practitioners handed over a letter of protest with supporting documents, which the Embassy staff promised to pass on to the Ambassador.
Banners displayed during the event read “Protest against Russia Becoming the CCP’s Accomplice in Persecuting Falun Gong” “Stop Following the CCP Regime in the Persecution of Falun Gong”, etc. The banners attracted the attention of passersby. Practitioners distributed leaflets exposing the CCP regime’s eight years of brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
Practitioner Mr. Yang said that Falun Gong is a cultivation practice following the principles of “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.” The CCP regime has persecuted Falun Gong to horror of profiting from organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners. The demand for ending the persecution is mounting around the world. Twenty million Chinese people have valiantly quit the CCP. The awakening of the Chinese people is making the evil CCP scared. The Russian government, on the other hand, followed the evil CCP and did something against human conscience. Falun Gong practitioners had no choice but to raise awareness and attract people’s attention in the hope of stopping the persecution.
