Malaysia: Divine Land Marching Band Performs in Malaysia for the First Time

On May 19th, 2007, the Divine Land Marching Band from Taiwan performed at several scenic sites, including Batu Caves, the "Eye on Malaysia" Ferris Wheel, and the Petronas Twin Towers, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, surprising and touching the local public. Dressed in blue and white, they marched in perfect unison. The band played music "Falun Dafa is Good", "Fa Rectifies the Cosmos" and "Drums and Trumpets Shake the Ten Directions", bringing tears to the eyes of some onlookers. Many took photos of the precious moment.

The Divine Land Marching Band made its Malaysia debut at the new attraction, "Eye on Malaysia" Ferris Wheel.

Fortunate to see such a good band

Ms. Nasreen, a tourist from India, said during an interview that it was her first time to see such a good band playing in front of the Petronas Twin Towers, though she came many times. She said, "Very good! I enjoyed the performance. It is surprising to see such a good performance here."

The Marching Band moved people and increased their understanding of the grace of Falun Dafa. Mr. Yang works in an electronics store. He told this reporter, "The band plays very well. The performance shows everyone that Falun Dafa is accepted around the world, including Malaysia."

Public: One more time

The last stop for the Divine Land Marching Band was in front of the Petronas Twin Towers and Fountain Park. Once the band arrived, the performers were welcomed by residents and tourists on the spot. The public gave warm applause at the beginning and end. Some shouted, "Encore! Encore!"

The band was scheduled to perform in Malacca, an ancient city, the following day.
