Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest against the Russian Authorities’ Illegal Repatriation of United Nations Sponsored Refugees

On May 25th, Falun Gong practitioners went to the Russian Embassy in Stockholm to protest against the Russian Authorities' repatriation of Falun Gong practitioner Professor Chunman Gao during the ongoing persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Swedish Falun Gong practitioners at the Russian Embassy warned solemnly that the Russian authorities should not cooperate with the CCP to persecute Falun Gong. They displayed banners reading ‘‘Falun Dafa is Good’’, ‘‘Stop helping the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong ’’. Falun Gong practitioner Alexsandra from Russia said that Falun Gong practitioners came to the Russian Embassy to appeal against the Russian violation of International Law with the repatriation of Falun Gong practitioner professor Chunman Gao, as well as the repatriation of a mother and her daughter.

Ms. Zhang, who struggled to come out Russia in 2005, said the Russian Authority was enticed by the CCP and often creates difficulties for Falun Gong practitioners. All three members in her family had been given trouble by the Russian government’s home office refugee centre; they eventually left Russia with help from the United Nations and the Swedish Government. The professor was a United Nations protected refugee; any country who signed the United Nation’s pact should not hand him over to China. Before this, another Falun Gong practitioner, Mahui, and her daughter also were returned to China. At present, it is been proved that more that three thousand Falun Gong practitioners were persecuted to death, she appealed to the Russian Authorities not to assist the CCP do evil.
