Falun Gong Practitioners Explain the Facts at National Chiang Kai-shek University

At each university in Taiwan, at the beginning of the Fall semester each year, all associations and organisations on campus conduct activities to attract new students to join. On September 18th, 2007, the Falun Gong Club set up a booth at the organisation expo for National Chiang Kai-shek University. The practitioners placed Master Li's books and Falun Gong introduction flyers on a table for students to freely read.

New students at Chiayi University ask for more information about Falun Dafa after accepting the flyers

A practitioner at the booth said that the club has been active for seven years. They practise the exercises on campus every day. Besides spreading Dafa to the students, their practise also attracts local villagers to join them. In addition, the Falun Gong Club arranged an exercise demonstration. More than twenty practitioners wearing yellow shirts with the words "Falun Dafa" demonstrated the five exercise sets on stage, which caught the attention of many students. The melodious exercise music filled the activity centre.

In the afternoon, the practitioners distributed Falun Gong introductory flyers and paper lotus flowers to students. One practitioner said, "The majority of students know that Falun Gong is righteous. I suggest that they learn more about Falun Gong and read Zhuan Falun. I hope that predestined people start practising Falun Gong."

Another practitioner said that some students were not familiar with Falun Gong, "I explained in detail to one of them, and in the process, I came to understand that the reason people misunderstand Falun Gong is that they are misled by the Chinese Communist Party's slanderous propaganda and relay the inaccurate information. The person finally completely understood and said, 'For such a nice practice, I will come to learn.'"

Chiayi University is an agricultural technical college. On September 19th, 2007, a student organisation expo was held on the Lantan campus. More than one hundred student organisations participated in the expo. At the Falun Gong Club's booth, many students gathered to learn to make folded paper lotus flowers. The students asked questions while learning to make the lotus flowers. One new student asked, "Why do you have a Falun Gong Club?" A practitioner answered, "Because after I practised Falun Gong, my body became healthy and my mind became calm. I felt that Falun Dafa fulfills me and gives me new life." Another practitioner said, "I have practised Falun Gong for a while. I feel that Falun Dafa is great. I wish to spread the grace of Falun Dafa to more people in the school and have everyone know and learn Falun Dafa."

Practitioners distributed introductory flyers. One practitioner handing out the flyers said, "While distributing the flyers, I encountered many students who have heard of Falun Gong. They know Falun Gong is being persecuted in China, and many of them wish to learn more about Falun Gong."

The organisation expo also arranged for each organisation to use the stage to highlight their unique features. Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the five exercise sets on the stage, which changed the atmosphere at the expo from busy to serene. After the demonstration, a student practitioner on stage introduced the wide spread of Falun Gong around the world and exposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong in China. He said, "Currently there are people in more than eighty countries practising Falun Gong. Only one country does not allow it. That is China under the control of the CCP. Everyone, please come to learn about Falun Gong and recognise the evil nature of the CCP."
