One middle-aged German gentleman pushed his bicycle and walked a certain distance with the parade. He gave the "thumbs-up" to the practitioners and said, "You do so well!" He also said, "Do you know? Not only you, but also many people are protesting during Jiang Zemins visit." He told practitioners that he is the contact person of a German human rights organization. Two days before, they had organised a big parade of several hundred people and they protested in front of the Chinese Embassy in Berlin. He told practitioners the reason for this protest was that a month ago, 12 Christian pastors in China were secretly sentenced to death because Jiang Zemin found Christians in China outnumbered the party members. When they submitted a letter to the Chinese Embassy, it was refused.
He said, "I know Falun Gong is suppressed for the same reason. Your actions are good. Let more people know about Jiang Zemin's brutality. I hope you succeed!"
Police in Berlin Give "Thumbs-Up" to Practitioners
Although the police in Berlin had to confiscate practitioner's banners under pressure from top level authorities, they often did not take away the banners until Jiang's fleet had passed. They would return the banners after they recorded practitioners' passport numbers.
When Jiang came to visit the German Bank, to his surprise, Dafa practitioners displayed several banners one after another. After Jiang's motorcade passed, a group of policemen came over to the practitioners. One of them who knew the truth raised his thumb to the practitioners. Practitioners then clarified the truth to the police calmly. After half an hour, the police returned the banners they had confiscated a short time before. A policeman joked to the practitioners, "Look, we folded your banners more tidily than you did."
Every contact with police is a good chance for Dafa practitioners to clarify the truth.
