Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Consulate in Fukuoka at 10:00 a.m. on April 25th, 2009. They displayed banners stating "Falun Dafa Is Great," "Truthfulness-Compassion-Tolerance," "Immediately Stop the Live Organ Harvesting Atrocity!" "Supporting 53 Million Chinese Who Have Quit the CCP," and "Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong." They exposed the CCP's bloody persecution, and many passersby stopped to watch the activity.

During the event, a Chinese man came over and said angrily, "What are you doing here? You are disgracing us Chinese! Don't give the Japanese anything to laugh at us about!" Falun Gong practitioners calmly and gently told him what Falun Gong is and about the persecution. After listening for more than thirty minutes, the man finally understood the reasons for the event.

Falun Gong practitioners also held a peaceful protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Nagasaki. They read a statement for an hour starting at 2:00 p.m. Many residents near the Consulate heard the statements, and some of them came out to get fliers.
