The International Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition was held at the Atrium in Federation Square in Melbourne from February 5th to 12th, 2010. The paintings are works by artists from around the world depicting the brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China and their peaceful and rational resistance.
The stories told in the paintings are moving and real. They express respect for Falun Gong practitioners' non-violent resistance and their benevolent hearts |
Falun Dafa Association spokesperson Kati Vereshaka gave a speech at the opening ceremony and read a congratulatory letter from Jenny Mikakos, Member of the Parliament of Victoria. Ms. Mikakos encouraged the people in Australia to participate in the protection of human rights. She also welcomed the exhibition.
