On May 13th, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners in Wisconsin celebrated World Falun Dafa Day and wished Master Li a happy birthday on Capital Square in Madison, the Capital of Wisconsin, USA.

Capital Square is a popular place for tourists. Practitioners distributed Falun Gong informational flyers and balloons and paper lotus flowers. They also shared their experiences of practicing Falun Gong with some of the visitors. After hearing about the benefits of the practice, some people were interested in learning more and asked for information about local practice sites.
Practitioners also set up banners on the lawn with information about the worldwide spread of Falun Dafa and World Falun Dafa Day. Many passersby were drawn to stop and find out more.
