Ryde Eisteddfod Vocal & Instrumental Competitions, sponsored by Ryde City Council, have over 20 years of history. The Divine Land Marching Band, dressed in white and blue traditional costumes, played three pieces of music at the event: “Falun Dafa Is Good,” “Assisting Teacher in Fa Rectification at Dragon Springs,” and “Marching Song.”
The band's rich and heartwarming sound won high praise from musicians and spectators at the venue. Edna Wilde, chairman of Ryde Eisteddfod, also praised the band's performance as “splendid.” Following the competition, several community leaders invited the band to perform in their towns, churches and clubs.
