Falun Dafa practitioners in Greece held their World Falun Dafa Day celebration near the Athens train station on May 7. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises to the public.
World Falun Dafa Day, which marks the anniversary of the public introduction of Falun Gong and the birthday of its founder, Master Li Hongzhi, is on May 13th every year.

Practitioners collected signatures in the afternoon at Acropolis, a famous tourist site. Many tourists learned facts of the persecution from flyers and display boards. In addition to signing the petition, some wanted to learn the Falun Gong exercises.
