Master says in the Fa Lecture at the Conference in Florida on 29th December 2002:
“Let me tell you this: next to your own cultivation, currently the most important thing is clarifying the truth, because it is directly saving sentient beings, it is directly saving the people of the future and it also demonstrates the magnificence of Dafa and Dafa Disciples—in such a difficult environment you are still managing to save sentient beings”“…Clarifying the truth is what we need to do at this time. Do it on a large scale, do it with all the wisdom that you can, and as long as something can save the people, go do it”
Through Fa-study I learned the importance of clarifying the facts to the precious Chinese people. With the encouragement of fellow practitioners, I set off back to China with plenty of truth clarification VCDs, brochures and my daughter at the age of one and a half year. When I arrived at the airport in Beijing, my heart was beating fast because I knew what would happen if those materials were discovered. I spoke to myself in my heart: I’m not an everyday person, I’m a future enlightened being, doing things cannot be seen by everyday people, then I recited Masters Fa-rectification verse. As I was going through customs a staff member pointed at me and said: ‘you go that way,’ and also indicated that I didn’t need to have my luggage checked through the screen, nevertheless, the people in front of and behind me all had to have their luggage checked through the screen. Through this I understood that we would be protected us as long as we have strong righteous thoughts. During this period in Beijing I distributed the materials by all ways and means, for example I posted letters: I collected all the business cards that I could find at home and addressed all the truth clarification materials to them. One night as I was staying in my friends house, I was writing addresses in the room they had prepared for me, later when all the cards ran out I still had a lot of materials left. I was thinking it would be good if I could get a phonebook. The next morning a miracle happened: the first thing I found as I came downstairs was a Beijing phonebook lying in the basket. I asked the babysitter how the book got there. She told me that the landlord had put the book there the previous night. He told her: ‘this book is useless please throw it out.’ I was happy and surprised, thinking that it must have been arranged it to let me post those materials as soon as possible. That day I posted all the materials that was left using the addresses in the phonebook. I realised that whatever we do, as long as our thoughts are pure, Master will help us. Besides posting I also used every opportunity to deliver the materials to the mailboxes of resident buildings, hotels and shops as well as on trains, buses and in taxis.
I attended the Canada Fa-conference in May and was encouraged by fellow practitioners experience sharing at the Fa-conference and discussion in smaller groups. When I heard that the head evil would travel to 5 countries in Eastern Europe I decided to go to Latvia with some fellow practitioners. During those days in Latvia we stayed with Dafa Disciples from various countries around the world. We studied Fa and promoted Dafa during the day, and sent forth righteous thoughts in close proximity at night. After I came back I received from my brother in China, he told me that my mother was in critical condition. To take responsibility as a daughter, I went back to China with my husband and daughter. The day I arrived my mother was already in a coma and she passed away that night.
I soon freed myself from the grief of my mother's death feeling much calmer from the bottom of my heart. Three days later, my whole family brought my mother's ashes back to her birthplace, Liaoning province. I knew from the Minghui website that many people there Practise Falun Dafa and that the old forces were very vicious there. Master said: “Every person you come into contact with in society is someone to clarify the truth to, and what’s manifest in clarifying the truth is Dafa disciples’ mercy and their salvation of the world’s people. ”(To All Students at the Nordic Fa Conference). After having finished my mother's funeral affairs we decided to stay there for a week. Although the living conditions for my husband and daughter were not good, we still overcame all of this. In my relatives’ eyes I was the person with broad knowledge, the person to be trusted. My husband is a foreigner and my daughter is a beautiful half-Chinese girl. They all wanted us to have meals at their home. I thought I would fully use this opportunity to clarify the truth to my friends and relatives. Because through listening to and believing the propaganda of Chinese media most of them did not understand Falun Gong well, I clarified the truth to different kinds of people from different points of view. For example, young girls always like to improve their looks, when they saw me still looking so young they then asked me: "Sister, you do not look like a person approaching 45, could you tell us how did you make it." I told them: "I did not do much on improving my looks, I just Practise Falun Gong everyday. After hearing this they were astonished and asked: "Do you still Practise? We are not allowed to do this here. We heard that many people died from it: some committed suicide and some committed self-immolation." I replied: "Practising Falun Gong is legal where I'm living, now there are people in over 60 countries Practising Falun Gong. China is the only country that does not allow people to Practise. During the seven years (from 1992 to 1999), many Chinese practised it but no one committed suicide or self-immolation. Why after the ban in 1999 did so many of these kinds of things happen? Why is there no one committing suicide and self-immolation in other countries with lots of people Practising this? Then I tell them the doubtful points of the self-immolation affair, at this time my brother-in-law interrupted: "On the day the self-immolation was broadcasted on CCTV I knew at once it was fake. See, I am right."
One time I visited my aunt's family. My aunt is a middle-aged, open and humorous person. After chatting about home affairs, I changed to the topic to Falun Gong. As soon as she heard my words she stopped me and said: "I always receive Falun Gong leaflets, I tear them all up. I said at once: "You cannot tear them any more, if you do not want to read it you can pass it on to someone else, but do not tear it again. Otherwise, you will receive karmic retribution. Then, I started telling them the true situation. She kept interrupting me. When I mentioned that Dafa is welcome all over the world especially in USA, she said immediately, “Don’t you get the support of the anti-China force? US bombed our government in Yugoslavia, shot down our planes, and finds fault with North Korea. Its intention is obvious to attack China after sweeping out North Korea.” When I heard this I felt amused but also pity for her, they were deceived by the lies of the Chinese media to such an extent. Therefore I told them what I had heard about these issues outside of China and the truth of Falun Gong. It seemed that they have never heard about the things I was telling them, everyone was listening with their full attention. I spoke for about one hour with one breath, my aunt did not interrupt anymore, and instead she listened to me carefully. After listening to all of what I had said they understood all of a sudden. I gave them some Cd's and leaflets that I had brought with me. Before leaving my aunt said: “Please give me every different form of truth information you have brought with you, let me have a good look at them.”
A cousin of mine has a certain understanding of Buddhism. In the past he had a big misunderstanding of Dafa. When I was about to tell the truth to him, he said: “If you can answer all my questions then I will believe you.” So he asked me some deep level questions about cultivation. I answered his questions according to my understanding of Dafa. In the end he said to me: “Sister you do not have to say anything, now you are in such a good state, as if you have been changed into another person. I know the Fa you are cultivating is good.”
An uncle of mine, because of an explosion of a gas tank, had his face partially burnt. We visited him in hospital. In the ward apart from my uncle and aunt there were two patients and one visitor. They told us the whole story. One of them explained how their eyebrows and hair were burnt first and so on. When they finished the talk I said: "I think I have one question, when a person's face is burnt black is there any possibility that his eyebrows and hair would still not catch fire?" He said straight away: “That's not possible, the eyebrows and hair would be burnt first.” Then I said: “in the self-immolation affair broadcasted in Focus Interview program of CCTV, the face of Wang Jindong, a so-called self-immolator was seriously burnt but his eyebrows and hair were in excellent condition without any damage”. Then I talked about some other doubtful points. After talking another patient said: “So the self-immolation is fake.” I said: “You can analyse yourselves whether it is fake as you are a patient with burn problems.” That patient said again: “Wow, so this self-immolation is fake after all!” My uncle said: “Just after watching TV, I also had a few questions, your analyses let me understand everything.”
The son-in-law of my cousin is a policeman in her hometown, Jingzhou, Liaoning province. Once my cousin came over to attend my mother’s funeral, I told her, “After you go back, please tell your son-in-law to treat Falun Gong practitioners kindly, must not beat or swear at them. If he does that, he is just like beating and swearing at me or all the Falun Gong practitioners around the world. Please let him remember that both the good and evil will meet with just reward and retribution. ”My cousin said “I will pass your words to him.” Once a nephew who works as a special reporter for a big newspaper came over, I asked him if he had ever written articles attacking Falun Gong, he told me that he did not, but his colleague did. I told him, “Please tell your colleague not to write such articles any more.” I told him the truth about Falun Gong. As a reporter, he knew quite well about the darkness behind the Chinese media, he told me such a thing: Once an accident took place in Jingzhou Oil Field, many people died of it. The CCTV sent people to do tracking reports in coordination with him. Upon hearing of this, the Jingzhou City government paid hundreds of thousand yuan money to the CCTV as a transaction so as to stop the report on this major accident. From this story, can you see that the incriminating Falun Gong by fabricated evidence is also built on money transactions?
In October last year, the evil head visited Chicago and other places in the United States. I once again participated in the activities to clear out the negative field by sending forth righteous thoughts. Before I left home, my husband had just had a small operation of cardiovascular holder, but had left the hospital. On the way from Chicago to Houston, I rang my husband; my mother-in-law told me that he was in hospital again. My heart sank immediately and was worrying that his disease would get worse, with a guilty feeling. However, immediately I realised: This is again the arrangement and interference of the evil forces. Master says, “just by having your heart unaffected you will be able to handle all situations” (Eliminate Your Last Attachment). I said to myself, “I will recognise none of these, I came here to send forth righteous thoughts, I should not be interfered by these things to influence the effect of sending forth righteous thoughts.” I called my husband and told him not to worry and he would get well. In the following time I had been focusing on sending forth righteous thoughts. On the next day I rang up my husband again, the doctor told me that he had been discharged from hospital.
Over one year, I have been doing things based on the three things that Master says: insisting on Fa study, Practise and sending forth righteous thoughts; meanwhile clarifying the truth via the internet, fax, telephone calls or posts, or by handing out material in scenic spots or in participation of activities organised by ordinary people. Recently, I set up a Practise site in the city where I live. On the first day we practised in the park of the city, A journalist passed by and interviewed us and gave positive reports in the Northern Holland Daily. I realised that it was a hint and encouragement for our coming out to Practise, promoting Fa and clarifying the truth. We must keep it up.
At the Philadelphia Fa conference in November last year, I was lucky enough to see our great Master and listen to his lecturing at the conference. I was greatly encouraged. I must be worthy of Master’s compassionate salvation, do well all that a Dafa particle should do and keep pace with the Fa-rectification cultivation.
