An Announcement from the Denmark Falun Dafa Association

There is currently a Chinese man who is in his 30s and going by the name of Liu Tao, pretending to be a Falun Gong practitioner. Under the guise of a “person in charge of Falun Gong”, he is swindling people all over Denmark and Europe. He makes promises to young Chinese females to help them apply for “political asylum”; many of these girls are not clear about the true nature of Falun Gong, as well as being new to a foreign country and eager to settle down. This man has a complicated background.

Falun Dafa is a cultivation practice of the Buddha school that cultivates ones’ inner self according to the highest characteristics of the cosmos, “Truthfulness, Benevolence, Forbearance”. Practitioners have a genuine wish to cultivate themselves towards benevolence and raise their moral standards. Those who genuinely practise Falun Dafa are strict only with themselves, kind to others, and would never harm anyone in this way.

The Denmark Falun Dafa Association is announcing that this person is not a Falun Gong practitioner. The Denmark Falun Dafa Association will pay close attention to this. If he remains unrepentant, the Association will stop such behaviour from ruining the name of Falun Dafa through legal action.

Background Introduction

Since July 20 1999, several political schemers from the Chinese government, led by Jiang Zemin, have adopted purely fictitious and deceitful propaganda to hide the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong from the public, as well as to generate hatred by utilising the national propaganda machine, which is an organ of the dictatorship. This brings great disaster to the whole country due to the cruel persecution and slaughter of Falun Gong practitioners in China.

For the past four years, Falun Gong practitioners in China and abroad have persevered unremittingly to clarify the truth to the Chinese people and to the world with hearts of great benevolence and great forbearance. More and more people have gradually awakened, seeing through Jiang’s deception; more and more people of justice support Falun Gong practitioners, and have peacefully and rationally petitioned for human rights.
