Mr. Feng Shichao, was a 65 year old Falun Dafa practitioner in Miyi County, Sichuan Province. He was arrested by Miyi County police in 2000. Policemen Chai Faxiang and Yang Zihua, along with others, tortured Mr. Feng. He died soon after his release.
Mr. Feng Shichao started to practise Falun Gong in 1997. Before practising, he had stomach troubles, lower back pain, and arthritis and had to frequently take medicine. After practising Falun Gong, all these symptoms disappeared. One evening in 2000, Feng and his fellow practitioners went out to post flyers when the Miyi County police arrested, tortured and then released him. Mr. Feng died soon after returning home.
