On November 13, a member of the Moscow News Workers Alliance handed an appeal letter to Australian Falun Dafa practitioner Zhang Cuiying as she was visiting her painting exhibition. The letter stated that: "We will try with all possible means to immediately stop another round of bloody persecution [of Dafa practitioners] in China."
