Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao commenced his visit to five European countries on May the 2nd 2004. On his first stop, German Dafa practitioners held petition activities respectively in Munich and Berlin to ask that the prime criminals of the persecution against Falun Gong, such as Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang, be brought to justice and the human rights criminal Bo Xilai be expelled. Moreover, they hung out banners once again to welcome Wen Jiabao, just as they did when he visited the USA in December last year.
