Policeman Threatens to Seek Revenge after being Sued for Brutally Beating an Elderly Man

Ning Bo is a 73-year-old Dafa practitioner from Xi'an Village, Dawa County, Panjin City, in Liaoning Province. On May 19, 2004, he was abducted from his home by director Zhang Mingjiang and instructor Gao Xianbao from the Xi'an Police Station. While being taken to Dawa County Detention Centre, he was brutally beaten by Zhang and Gao. When his family went to the detention centre to see him on June 9, 2004, they found he suffered severe injuries all over his body. He lost hearing in his right ear and he couldn't move his right arm. His lower back was severely injured and he couldn't walk on his own. Ning Bo told his family that after being beaten, he sometimes feels dizzy and muddleheaded. On June 7, he even passed out for over an hour. Ning Bo's family went to Xi'an Police Station to argue with Zhang Mingjiang, but Zhang didn't show up for three days in a row. Later Ning Bo's family filed a lawsuit against Zhang and Gao. Finally the Prosecutor's House has accepted the case. Learning of the news, Zhang was very scared and shocked. He was outraged that someone dared to sue him. He claimed that he would seek revenge from Ning Bo's family. At present, Ning Bo is still being detained in Dawa County Detention Centre and being persecuted.
