Austria: Activities in Linz to Tell People the Facts about Falun Gong and the Persecution in China

Falun Gong practitioners set up an information booth in the centre of a major shopping street in Linz opposite a tram station. This provided an opportunity for the tram passengers to read the banners and watch the Falun Gong exercises. Practitioners were delighted to see how interested people were in Falun Gong and how gratefully they received our leaflets. Many people took the opportunity to enquire about the persecution and to ask for details about local practice sites where they can learn the Falun Gong exercises for free. Many people came over and signed the petitions of their own accord or had a chat with practitioners about the human rights abuses that are happening to people who practise Falun Gong in China.
