Mr. Mu Xingbo (also called Mu Kai), 28 years old, was a practitioner from Changchun City, Jilin Province. He was pursued by the police for telling people the truth about the persecution of Falun Gong. He had been living away from home for a long time to avoid being arrested and as a result, his health was damaged. He died on October 12, 2004.
Mr. Mu Xingbo lived in the dormitory building of the No. 228 Factory in Changchun City. Because he made Falun Dafa truth-clarifying materials, he was always on the "most wanted" list of the Changchun Police Department. In the beginning of 2001, Mengjia Police started to search for him, so he had to move several times. The police still kept searching for him all the time, so he had to become homeless to avoid further persecution.
In March 2003, when Mu Xingbo returned home because of an injured leg, he was captured by the police and taken to the Mengjia Police Station. Later he escaped.
Because of his unstable life of wandering from one place to another, he often had to eat spoiled food and sometimes even had nothing to eat. His health was seriously affected, and he died on October 12, 2004.
