The Epoch Times: 9-Year-Old Orphan of Deceased Falun Gong Practitioners Raped Daily in a Beijing Mental Hospital

Three guards at a mental hospital in Beijing raped a 9-year-old girl every day, according to a woman who went to Beijing to appeal her case and ended up in the same hospital for three days.

Liu Fengying, a woman in her 40s from the northern Chinese province of Jinlin, told The Epoch Times that after reading a few of the Jiuping (a publication entitled "The Nine Commentaries on the Chinese Communist Party" in Chinese, English version available here.) she felt Falun Gong practitioners in China were treated far worse than described in the articles. She cited what she witnessed to prove that Jiang Zemin, the ringleader within the Chinese Communist Party who started the suppression of Falun Gong, a peaceful meditation group, is an outright beast.

Ms. Liu went to Beijing for the first time in the summer of 2002 to appeal a case to the government. As she was approaching the appeal office located near the entrance of Zhongnanhai, the office and residence compound for government officials, she was arrested by police together with a dozen other petitioners. They were pushed onto a police van and taken to a detention center in Changping, a suburban county north of Beijing.

At the detention center, they kept questioning the police and government officials as to why they had been arrested and what was wrong with petitioning to higher authorities. Police responded by sending Ms. Liu and a few others who protested to Changping Mental Hospital.

At the hospital, Ms. Liu saw no doctors and nurses, only petitioners and Falun Gong practitioners, with police and guards guarding them. Armed with belts, the guards were free to roam into any room and never hesitated to whip anyone that they thought didn't behave well. During the three days she stayed there, Ms. Liu was never examined or treated by doctors.

Ms. Liu said that each night, three guards would come to the ward she shared with two other "patients." They'd gang rape a 9-year-old girl, an orphaned daughter of a Falun Gong couple. The girl was so traumatized and devastated that she couldn't even walk and urinated and defecated on her bed.

Ms. Liu learned from other patients that the girl had been brought in with her parents, who were tortured to death in the hospital. Instead of being sent to an orphanage, the girl was kept in this living hell to endure such outrageous treatment just because her parents practiced Falun Gong.

Ms. Liu said that she had bribed the guards and was let out of the hospital three days later after her family protested. She said Falun Gong practitioners were not as lucky and they would be kept in there, tortured and raped.

Ms. Liu said finally that the media should bring to light what they did. The Chinese Communist Party is the real evil cult, and Jiang Zemin is not human anymore, she said. If the rogue regime of the Chinese Communist Party falls, more people would step forward and tell what they have been through, and things more inhumane than what the little girl had suffered would be revealed, said Ms. Liu.
