On January 7th and 8th, Austrian practitioners held an experience sharing meeting in one of Vienna’s youth hostels.

My husband, child and I decided to stay overnight at the youth hostel because my husband had some business to take care of the next day. All the other practitioners went home and it made me a little sad to left behind, but I soon realised why it was important that I stayed behind both evenings.
On Friday evening, three of the youth hostel residents joined me in the hostel’s main hall. They had come to Vienna from Israel. Once they saw the Falun Dafa banner on the wall they were curious about what it represented. One of them joined me for a while and I told him about Falun Gong and the persecution in China. He was already familiar with other qigong practices and was delighted to hear that there was a Falun Gong group exercise practice the next day. It was astounding to see him next morning; he was already able to do the first four exercises from beginning to end. He took more information on Falun Gong before he left.
For the rest of Saturday, I was again left behind. I was strolling around the youth hostel, because my little one was not yet ready to go to sleep yet. I met another resident in the cellar who was watching TV. He had noticed me and my child earlier and took the opportunity to strike up a conversation. It didn’t take long to get a lively conversation going. He asked me why I was here. I told him about our experience sharing meeting.
His eyes opened wide in surprise and he said if I had told him this the day before he would not have had a clue what I was talking about. However, today, he had been on a trip to Bratislava and found a Falun Gong flyer. He took it with him, because he used to live in Sweden where there is a city called Falun. Not surprisingly, the same evening he met me and I told him about Falun Dafa. I did not have much time to talk to him as my little daughter was getting restless and tired. But, I handed him a flyer and a Video-CD. The next morning we met again during breakfast and we had time to talk in depth. These were definitely some predestined meetings!
