Tai Yurong and her fellow practitioners refused to cooperate with any orders once inside the brainwashing class and went on hunger strike to protest. Under orders from the director of the "610 Office" (an agency specifically created to persecute Falun Gong, with absolute power over each level of administration in the Party as well as all other political and judiciary systems) Shang Hongzhi, the guards force-fed them over and over. They tied the practitioners' arms and legs onto beds, and then gave them forced infusions. During this time practitioners were not allowed to use the restroom.
On the third day of the hunger strike, Tai Yurong was sent to the hospital for a check-up, and she was put in isolation afterwards. Two days later, all the other Dafa practitioners were moved to the east end of the building, leaving Tai Yurong by herself in the west end. On the seventh day of the hunger strike, December 19, 2001, Tai Yurong passed away. Tai Yurong's body was sent to Wangdu Chinese Medicine Hospital. The "610 Office" and police are trying hard to hide the details of her death by refusing any visitation by her friends and family. After stern requests, her family members were allowed to take a look at Tai Yurong's face, but when they tried to look at her body, they were forcefully pulled away and escorted out.
All kind-hearted persons, please make known your concerns about this case. Please help investigate the details of how she was tortured to death and bring those responsible for her murder to justice. At the same time, implore these wicked people to stop persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners. Good is rewarded with good and evil is met with evil.
