Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jin Xiuqing age 60, from Fengcheng City, Liaoning Province was tortured to death in little more than ten hours in Fengcheng City.
On the afternoon of June 28, 2005, at around 3:00 p.m., the Political Security Office head Mr Guan Wei and another policeman arrested Ms. Jin while she was walking in her apartment hallway on her way home. It is estimated that Ms. Jin was tortured to death sometime between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on June 29, 2005, while in police custody. Her family strongly requests that the killer be identified. Her body is still at the funeral home. Other details are under investigation.
