Russia: People in St. Petersburg are Concerned about the Persecuted Dafa Practitioners

On September 24th, Falun Dafa practitioners in St. Petersburg held an activity to promote Falun Gong near the subway and talked to people about the brutal persecution of people who practise Falun Gong in China. They also collected petition signatures to call for an end to the persecution.

An incessant flow of passers-by stopped walking after they were attracted by the peaceful exercise demonstrations and graceful Falun Gong music. They carefully looked at the torture pictures on the boards and asked the practitioners any questions they had. People found it hard to understand why such a cruel persecution is taking place in today’s world, and has lasted over six years. After they heard about the true nature of the Chinese Communist Party, which is directly responsible for the persecution against Falun Dafa practitioners and many other persecutions in China over the last 50 years, they signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution.
