Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Kaide, 46, lived in Lijiashiqiao Village, Jiaonan City, Shandong Province. He did clothing trade, but had bad health. After cultivated Falun Dafa in the spring of 1997, he quickly became very healthy.

On July 21st, 1999, Mr. Li Kaide went to Beijing to tell the facts of Falun Dafa together with fellow practitioners. Police found them through a mobile phone locator, and he was arrested by police from Jiaonan City in the basement of a motel in Beijing.
According to Mr. Li Kaide's family, at 7:00 a.m. on July 30th, 1999, Mr. Li was sent back to Jiaonan City by the Jiaonan City Police, who went to Beijing to arrest him, and the vehicle had an accident while driving in the Huangshanlu area. Mr. Li Kaide was killed during the accident because his hands were cuffed.
