Finland: Telling People in Helsinki about Falun Gong and the Persecution

On the 26th of November, 2005, the first snow arrived in Helsinki, a month later than usual. In order for the people to hear the truth about Falun Gong, practitioners moved the venue from outside the railway station to the lobby connecting the railway station and the subway.

At noon, practitioners set up an exhibition of articles and photos about the spread of Falun Gong and the brutal persecution of practitioners in China for six years since July the 20th, 1999, headed by Jiang Zemin in collusion with the evil CCP. Practitioners also demonstrated the exercises in a peaceful manner. Some practitioners distributed material about the truth to the public.

Passengers and pedestrians were attracted by the beautiful Falun Gong music and the happy and elegant demonstration and stopped to watch. A lot of people surrounded the photo exhibition board and wanted to have a clear view. Some could not wait to read the material on display. Others voluntarily requested from the practitioners more details or asked questions.

A Finnish person asked practitioners why the CPP persecuted such good people who perform the exercises so elegantly? The practitioner said, at first the CCP head Jiang Zemin was envious and fearful. He was afraid the CCP's rule would be threatened by Falun Gong which at the time outnumbered the CCP. However, the "Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party," a series of editorials by the Epoch Times published at the end of last year, pointed out clearly that the CCP was doomed to persecute Falun Gong practitioners who practise "truthfulness, compassion and forbearance" because of its evil nature. However, evil can never defeat righteousness. Since the publication of the "Nine Commentaries" last year, nearly six million Chinese citizens have withdrawn from the evil party. It will not be long before the CCP is destroyed. We are here today to tell the Finnish people the true story of Falun Gong and hope the people of the world can bring to an end this inhumane persecution together with us. One Finnish person said, “When a large number of hearts think toward one place, it will generate enormous energy. Good luck to you!”
